Wont sign in to micro account

I've tried changing the password, restarting the system. I can't play buy anything I have because it won't sign in to my Microsoft account. Even though I can sign on through my phone and cputer.

Please help me i want to sign into micro soft account but everytime i go try it says fails to logon, we tried to sign you in to your micro soft but something went wrong

It's gone. Happened to me years ago. Had to start a new account. You wont get any help from Micro soft. Look at this forum. The worst customer service imaginable.

So dont buy the games, or if you do buy the games, dont buy the micro transactions. Mind, for everyone of us who wont buy the micro transactions, theres probably 10 who do.

My controller wont sync and connect but it will plugged in with a micro usb cord.

Having to play with it plugged in stinks.
