Won't send me code or refund

I redeemed a 100 robux code didn't get it contacted them said they would sort it out (I assume send me a code or refund) but I haven't gotten anything or any emails so I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else

You won't be able to recieve a different code if it was a gift purchse from a friend they'll have to request a refund. For you to recieve a code for your region you'll have to purchse it in your region itself.

I used them last night and the code they sold me is invalid and they won't refund me the money.

Did you double check if the primary email address of your account is the correct one you're accessing through your mail client or mailbox?

Before the system sends a code, it may require you to enter first the complete email address. Be sure to enter it correctly.

Don't forget to check your spam/junk folder or other folders as the code may have been moved there.

Ask InstantGaming service, they will refund you i think, it happened to me once in the same web and they send me another code
