Won't Save

Had our One for about a week now and so far we have played two games with no issues. Last night I was playing Lego Batman 3 and went through the first two levels. The auto save icon came up many times and at each checkpoint I hit save and continue and
the save icon came up. This morning I opened the game and it shows no saved data. I played the first level again and at the first checkpoint I chose "save and exit" which dropped me back out to the main menu. Once again, it showed no saved data.

Any help on this? We only have one account and were playing off the disk not a coded download.

Wifi password won't save

Hi, my brother just got a new Xbox One S, every time he turns it back on, regardless of whether it is in powers save mode or not it forgets the password for his wifi... Any ideas on what we can try? Have done a power cycle (push and hold power button) maybe
something that needs a factory reset perhaps?

Since you have tried all the common steps when troubleshooting MS apps issues but one, I'd say it doesn't hurt to give it a try too: run the app troubleshooter.

I hope the troubleshooter at least points to a possible cause since everything else has failed so far.

Sorry you're having issues with your console saves. Have you tried playing any other games? If you don't have another game, you could test with one of the free games in the Xbox Games Store. If that doesn't work, try deleting the game and save data by going
to Games and Apps, finding your game tile, and select manage. Here you can delete the saved data for the game itself (delete console only, not "everywhere"), and any saves you may possibly have. After that, reload the game and try again. If you're Xbox is
online, it may try to restore from the cloud. If you still can't save try removing your profile by following

this link. After it's removed try downloading your profile back to the system and testing your saves.
