    Won't recognize my profile.


    I'm all connected and can play Netflix, but none of my games will allow me to sign in to my profile - it just sits on the title screen or scrolls over "Reading Save Device" forever and ever.

    My Xbox rewards won't recognize my profile now

    Since I have bought my Xbox one and switched my profile from Xbox 360 to it. My rewards and profile are now separate and one won't recognize the other

    My xbox one is being weird.

    When I walk in front of the kinect and it signs me in while my brother is playing Fifa on his profile...it not only recognizes me, it changes his profile and makes mine the main one which in turn messes up his game. What can I do about this?

    Secondary profiles will not log on

    I have changed the password for my account twice, and have no problem signing onto the Microsoft account. The primary profile works fine. It's the secondary profiles that won't sign on. It doesn't even recognize the yahoo account as being a Microsoft
    account, yet it shows up on the console as being attached to the profile, and Microsoft still sends it spam with my gamertag attached to it.
