Wont recognize my AW code

Dealing with this problem too...

 

Same issue here, I talked to Activision and they said contact the store, the store told me that IGN said there is a problem with XBOX one downloading the game, nothing about codes not working. I have entered the code several times with same results.

 

I'm having the same problem. The card also doesn't say anything about the Day Zero Content we are supposed to get.

"You get the Digital Edition Personalization Pack, Limited Edition exoskeleton, and the Advanced Arsenal, which includes a bullet brass exoskeleton and the EM1 Quantum custom weapon."

This stuff is listed on the card but this stuff isn't.

"plus two custom weapons: the AK-12G Assault Rifle and Crossbow-B2."

Did the forget to give us Day Zero? If so i'm gonna be a little annoyed that I'm not getting that bonus stuff when I just shelled out for a new Xbox.

 

I'm just glad I didn't go in a midnight to pick it up just to have this happen...

 

Your suggestion doesn't work, Maxen13. Thanks anyway. I think they gave out non Day Zero codes so the code for the game won't work until midnight. Not even for the people who bought the COD special edition console....

 

That despite the xbox.com product description page reading:

".... The bundle also includes the full game download of the Call of Duty®: Advanced Warfare Day Zero Edition, with early access and double XP on November 3..."

Same issue here and I bet it's a regular game code not a Day Zero like it should be. This is pathetic.

 

XBox Support twitter just messaged me with a link to their forum page for download tips... they just don't get it. OUR CODES DON'T EVEN WORK!!

I personally am ok if I can't redeem it until tomorrow as long as I still get the two Day Zero DLC items.

 

Im still having trouble when r they going to fix this i want to play AW with my friends but i cant this sucks!

 

This is the worse release ever. They should have included the disk in the bundles. Unacceptable.

 

Same here. Bought console with downloadable game, code not found.. Xbox support for half n hour and told call activision. 1 hour with clueless support and told keep trying until it works. And he said Microsoft issue. Really what a joke. Might as well stop
paying your support folk as they don't know jack

 

Is this gong to be fixed soon i want to play a game i pretty much bought for $500 dollars. I would appreciate it if we could download it because everybody is missing out on thier 2x XP and this is ridiculous plz FIX THIS!

 

Same problem here. We require comp for having dropped the funds on a $500 bundle and get nothing. Day zero? More like day never.
