Wont recognize my AW code

Same thing happens to me. I have definitely entered the code correctly. Keeps saying "sorry we were unable to find your code, please try later or contact the...."

im having the same problem...wont download COD AW..bought this game as soon as it came out and im only at 26% downloaded...WTF?

 

100% Packet Loss on XB1 Console Only

same , would this make it were my gamer picture wont change and half my friends pictures in the friends section of achivments in the last 30 days does not show up also . plus i cant get into any mp matches in cod AW

 

Same issue here... the other codes worked but not the code to download the full game - so far I'm not impressed with Xbox One. Spending half the day downloading updates and installing games. And being COD is 50GB in size it's going to take all night to download
- why not just include the game disc in the box F'n A !!!

 

i talked to a support guy and he said to wait like 24 hrs lol ima just wait 5 hrs and try it agianim hella heated rn i paid 600$ I BETTER get my game lol

Same issue here. Still will not work. Problem is if you do get it to work your download time sounds like 12-14 hours. Rediculous!!!

 

I am having the same problem...this is ridiculous!!! Make sure you guys respond if you get in. 62 minute wait for xbox live support!!!

Like many others, my game code itself is not working, while the other three bonus content did. Anyone have anyone we can contact besides complaining here? It's been a nightmare trying to find an actual person to talk to.

 

Having the same issues. The rep told me if i don't get it to work in a day or two call them back. Very unhelpful. Waste of a day entering codes and updating.

 

I can't believe that I paid $480 for a product that I can't even use. I paid extra money to have it shipped today, and to play a day before the regular game release... and the XBOX people just tell us to wait a day or two like it's no big deal.

I want my money back, or this is a rip off.

Same problem here. Waited on hold for 90 minutes to get routed to Activision's Indian call center to be instructed to re-enter the code and when *surprise* that didn't work I was told to go through Amazon to get support for their problem. The agent had
zero understanding of the issue or anything I was saying so Kudos to Acti for handling this situation with such professionalism. I'm in the queue for MS support chat (58min wait) instead of enduring the estimated 207 minute wait for phone support. I'm really
frustrated as I'll now miss out on my Day Zero opportunity and double XP.

 

This stinks, at least I know that the problem isn't me.
