    Won't recognise that I'm signed in


    For the last couple of days Jigsaw and Sudoku tell me I need to sign in on X-Box.com, so I click the link and see I'm already signed in. I also play Solitaire and Mahjong, both of those work fine and recognise that I'm logged in.

    Kinnect won't Recognise me

    Hi

    Can you please try pressing on the Xbox button on the controller and Select the far right System tab then select Setting / Account / Sign-in, security & passkey / Manage my Kinect sign-in-data and you should see the option of I wasn't recognised. Outside
    of this gesture control for the dashboard was removed and only Kinect supported games retain the gesture controls.

    Hi

    My kinnect doesn't recognize me and thinks I'm a guest. So it doesn't register any of my gestures. How do I get it to recognise me? All the support articles are on the old dashboard and those options sent available anymore. I've been looking for a good hour

    I'm sorry to see any sign in issues with Jigsaw and Sudoku! Checking on
    your profile
    , I don't see any activity for even Solitaire and Mahjong (the Achievements section shows most recently played, not necessarily most recent achievement earned). Are you playing on a different account and it might be having issues due to that?
    If you are using a different account, please post what that gamertag is so we can ensure we have all the right information.

    However, in the meantime, some troubleshooting! Let's have us force Jigsaw and Sudoku to forget your sign in information. Hit the Windows Key on your keyboard (or click the Start Menu icon in the task bar), click on the gear for Settings,
    click on System, click on Apps & features on the left, then search for Jigsaw. Click on it to expand the section, and then click on Advanced options. From there, you can Reset the app. This
    will remove any sign in information on the app to refresh it. Do the same thing for Sudoku.

    After you do that, please attempt to sign in again and let me know how that goes. I look forward to sorting this out with you. Won't recognise that I'm signed in :)
