    Hello there my names Jacob and every time I put my game it the Xbox it spins then stops... spins then stops and continues until it just stops spinning all together and I have no idea how to fix this problem I've had my Xbox almost since it came out, it's

    I recently got an Xbox again after not having one for a year and everything has been going fine up until the other day. I'm trying to restock my game library and picked up Oblivion and Bioshock 2. When I popped in Oblivion, everything went fine until I tried
    to start a new game. The loading bar would fill up about 3/4ths of the way, then I would get an unreadable disc error. I cleaned the disc, cleared my cache, made sure the disc was for my region, everything I was supposed to. I still have the same problem.
    Bioshock 2 allows me to play online multiplayer, but a very similar thing happens if I try to play the single player campaign stuff. Any ideas how I can fix this?

    Hey there,

    Do other Xbox 360 back compat games work specifically? If other backward compatible Xbox 360 discs work, that Black Ops II disc may need to be replaced.

    csgo digital download works but I don't have and can't afford a disc.

    Definitely sounds like the disc drive is on it's way out.Had the same thing myself in the past.

    If it's in warranty then you can send it of for a repair at no cost.If it's not in warranty then you'd be better off buying a new xbox as it's not that much more expensive than paying Microsoft to repair it.

    You can get the digital versions of your games but you would have to pay for them.You wont get them for free just because you own the disc version.

    Do other Xbox 360 back compat games work specifically? If other backward compatible Xbox 360 discs work, that Black Ops II disc may need to be replaced.

    Sorry to hear it. What game are you trying to play? Does this happen with other discs? Is the disc scratched?
