    I got the above message while trying to purchase software as a gift and I tried both my payment options and made sure all details were correct, I have no subscriptions in arrears, and as far as I know, I have no suspensions or bans. This is meant to be an early Christmas present, please help.

    What software are you trying to purchase? What’s your specific payment method (account balance, debit/credit card, PayPal, etc), and does the same error occur when you try to purchase anything else through the Microsoft Store?
