won't play on pc

I preordered and downloaded game. and I click on it and it opens up the black launch screen that says state of decay 2 and then closes a few seconds later and nothing ever happens . I have tried updating windows updating my graphics driver. making an exception
in my antivirus . I tried copy and pasting what sod2 troubleshooting page and a person from microsoft ask me to into powershell . nothing works . I've emailed microsoft about this asking them for some kind of remedy or my money back and I finally today emailed
sod2 and ask them what to do . I'm at a loss here on what to do next . if any of you have any suggestions i'm all ears . My pc is iBUYPOWER Gaming Elite Desktop PC Liquid Cooled AM8480i Intel i7-8700k 3.70GHz, NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 3GB 16bg memory.

FH3 on PC won't launch

This game has worked well for nearly a year, but in the last month it only launches occasionly. I have reinstalled it, reset all associated apps, tried launching it from the Store, My Games & from the Xbox app itself with no luck at all. There is no BSOD
or even an error code, just endless cycling back to the launch page. I'm hoping some other user may have solved this type of problem because Microsoft has showed no interest in assisting me. Thanks, Tim

 

How do you zoom in the mini map

The only was is to play on the pc. The console version won't let you do it.

 

I have an i7 8700K with an AMD R9 390. I get the same error when starting SoD2, just the very first loading screen, for a few seconds up to a minute or two, then it closes with no error.

This is the same for Sea of Thieves as well. SoT use to work until I install State of Decay 2.

 

Same issue, have tried all options on SOD2 website and emailed them with no response yet. Microsoft chat support not able to fix it either, paid over $50 for a game I cannot play and feeling pretty dissapointed with the lack of support of options for refunds
unless taking a legal standpoint and contacting your government body. I have the 8700k with a 1080ti and 16 gig of ram, all drivers updated. No luck even after update was released which was 20 gig. Going through forums now only to see a a lot of people with the
same issue and no one from either party giving a solid response.
