    Won't play nba2k16


    nba 2k16 has a corrupted file error. Say to uninstall and reinstall. Can't get it to uninstall after selecting "uninstall all".

    I can't play my NBA2K16 on my Xbox One.

    Xbox won't let me play NBA2K16, it kept on saying, ("Please try again" and "For some reason NBA2K16 took too long to start.")

    Why is this happening??? Please help me and tell me what to do to get rid of that thing up there ^^^.

    Won't play nba2k16

    First lets try a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it shuts off then unplug it from the outlet for 1 minute then plug back in and see if the issue is resolved.

    Solution 2: Factory reset. Go to setting, console and updates and choose factory reset. Be sure to choose keep everything then your console will restart and hopefully resolve the issue.

    I have not been able to play NBA2k16 for about a month now because of this issue. I have the game downloaded to my machine and it won't ever start. I have tried everything that I can think of or that I have found online as a possible solution and none of
    it works. Very disappointed with XBox on this one.
