    won't play DVD


    Put DVD into Xbox one s, Tv screen goes black then says no connection Xbox wont respond to controller and have to press power button to turn it off, no other issues with it and only 5 months old tried reinstalling blue ray app but still the same, discs play
    OK in PS4

    so not the discs help.

    Hi tried all that no good as soon as i put a Blu-ray or DVD film into this Box it locks up have to hold power button for 10 seconds otherwise it won't respond even ejecting the Disc won't connect the Box back to the Tv .

    If you have reinstalled the Blu-Ray app, try power-cycling your console. Just hold the Xbox button on the console, while on, for 10 seconds. Then turn it back on using the Xbox button on the controller. If that doesn't work, try
