    My Xbox One will not load games that are on a disc or a digital copy installed on my hard drive. It worked just fine but now it will not even let me play the games I've payed for which is a very big disappointment .

    Microsoft bingo will not load, everything else works but the bingo.

    When I go to puzzles I can load the main screen but when I try to open my puzzles or daily challenge or custom puzzles it spins for a lengthy time and goes back to the home screen

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down. That should hopefully solve the problem.

    Because of the way most consoles are built, there is really nothing you can do from a loop like that. my suggestion is contact support at

    Explain the situation in as much detail as possible and they may have a solution but as of right now it seems you are software locked between updates and errors, because its a closed system there really isn't much anyone can do outside of Microsoft technician
    support.
