xStasis I tried holding the button down and even taking the plug out after since I had seen it suggested in my search. I turned the internet off and did a disk install after it froze doing an update. The disk fully installed but again froze on the 2nd loading screen. Ive got the patch downloading again now and it says ready to play but now with this downloading I cant get past the 1st loading screen.
Im honestly not trying to be a troll just want to play the game.

after installing the patch my console restart and then stuck on load screen (green one with the xbox logo) after 30 mins y decide to insert a disc then my load screen disapear and i could complete the setup, sorry 4 my enlgish

 

Try uninstalling , then re-installing .

 

We are having the same problem, we have tried resetting the profiles, as well as a full un-install / re-install with no luck any more thoughts?

Having the same problem. Uninstalled and it took 10 hours to reinstall. Problem didn't go away! Very frustrated!

 

Well, since nobody seems to have an answer...

I found that you have to delete all gamer data for the game and it will start working. I sincerely hope this doesn't have to be done often as it will make the game useless if you have to start from zero every so often.
