    Won't load and won't start


    My xbox one X Scorpio edition isnt working, it wouldn't load any game, wouldn't load apps so i factory reset put kept all my apps and games, i wait for it to prepare console and then it says something went wrong i dome it anither 3 times and said error,
    then i i started working i wemt though the whole start up procedure and it says it needs and update so i start it, then it pops up with an error then 5 mins later said "sorry looks like your console it up to date sorry for the inconvenience" so it said to
    reboot my console, then it loaded and said it needs an uodate and now non one my controller will connect ti my console, the button to connect the controller on my console doesn't work, the most trouble ive had with an xbox one and it cant my my internet or
    the way its plugged in my mate is here and his xbox one S works perfectly

    Because of the way most consoles are built, there is really nothing you can do from a loop like that. my suggestion is contact support at

    Explain the situation in as much detail as possible and they may have a solution but as of right now it seems you are software locked between updates and errors, because its a closed system there really isn't much anyone can do outside of Microsoft technician
    support.

    I'm having the same issue, everytime I try to play any racing game with my wheel it just won't work. The game just won't load or in Project Cars 2 case, it'll start normally but won't let me use any of the buttons to start the game.

    Anytime I start a game like VRchat it's says there is an unexpected error that the game is open and when I try to play any thing on the Xbox app it won't load at times and other times it well load so slow that it won't open at all
