    Won't let you sign in error (0x80a4001a)


    I am as well. I have reset my password on my Microsoft account and rebooted ( both ways ) and still nothing. It was working fine last night, and shut it down normally and then turned it on this morning. And this. Any fixes at all?

    Try these steps Go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts. Once done, reboot the console and add your account.

    I read that if we remove our account and then re-add, it will work. I'm scared that I may lose all my data.

    There is an issue with the service right now that is causing Login errors. You can check the status at Xbox Live Status. You can have it notify
    you when the service is back up.

    There is an issue with the service right now that is causing Login errors. You can check the status at Xbox Live Status. You can have it notify
    you when the service is back up.

    Remove and add account works until u restart the box or log off/log on, or try to switch profile. As I read on reddit from a guy, MS said this is a General Worldwide issue.
