Won't let you sign in error (0x80a4001a)

Since yesterday I can sign in my xbox one acount.

Can you help me solve this?

I have already deleted my acount on xbox one can sign in again and work but now I turn off console and try again sign in but give me again same error mensage.

There is an issue with the service right now that is causing Login errors. You can check the status at Xbox Live Status. You can have it notify
you when the service is back up.

try to redownload your profile.

 

Try these steps Go to Settings > Account > Remove Accounts. Once done, reboot the console and add your account.

try this dosen´t work for me. shout down one and try restart....same problem

 

don't restart it just remove and add it again

 

Will all my progress and games get deleted qnd ill have to download them again

There is currently a Service Alert out right now for our Core services. There are many posting to remove
and redownload your profile, you can try this step.

Although, being the service alert is for signing in there are some who are
unable to re-download profile after removing it. We suggest just waiting it out keep checking the service status. Also, there is way to get notified once there's an update with the Service alert.

The error code 0x8a4001a is usually what most will see. Another error message is
"There was a problem please try again later." If you decide to try the removal of the profile and not sure how to do so here is a link for it. As well as there is a link on how to Power cycle your console.
