I understand, it's just that the game's license remains associated with the account from which it was purchased, so you will need to check the purchase history of each Microsoft account you have until you find the one from which that purchase was made, as you can only download and use the game from that account.

I can't remember the exact date of purchase, but I contacted help back in April and got a request response #7201192 from Klaarg K. This should indicate that I have paid for the game. It's just that it's for my grandson who I'm visiting in KC when I live in OKC.

Debbie, every game or bundle purchased, redeemed, or even received as a gift is associated with the account, never with a device, "and without exception is shown in the history." With that being clear, could you tell me what status the purchases for the games you're referring to are displayed when I search for them in the account's purchase history?

I have fixed the problem thank you for your suggestions. If this happens to you try the suggestions above than try restoreing to factory settings.
