Won't let my console connect to X-Box Live

My network connection is perfect, and internet is perfect everywhere. I am getting error message 8015190E X-Box Live was working fine yesterday and today, then all of a sudden I installed the update and began playing Fifa then was kicked off. Now I can't
get back on. Do we get account credited if this is a day-long outage? How do I get this fixed?

limited edition halo 4 console

Traded in old x-box console for new halo 4 console for my son. He says it won't let him sign in to x-box live. Do I have to make up a whole new account? and if so can i use the same e-mail address?

 

Console won't connect to x-Box live

Two X-Box consoles in room.

Console 1: I am able to log on to X-Box live fine.

Log off. Turn off Console. Move X-Box Live acct info on flash drive from Console 1 to Console 2

Turn on Console 2

Console 2 - Unable to login to X-Box Live. Passes WiFi test, Passes internet Test, Will not connect to X-Box Live.

Console 2 has my GTA 5 game and data.

What would cause this problem?

It appears there are currently some widespread issues with the Xbox Live service which is preventing many users from connecting.

Try again after everything has returned to normal (hopefully 1-2 hours at most) and let us know if you have any more problems!

Its not just Fifa that's affected! World of Tanks is getting messed up. I updated yesterday and have been kicked off Xbox live both days during gameplay!

 

this is friggin ***. this happened last week too. I lost an entire day of time I could have had used playing halo. first the MCC is *** and can't perform online, now you gotta tell me that the 360 is a target for idiot wannabe hackers?
