    Won't let my buy BF4


    So I decided to get Battlefield 4 for the 5 dollars after trying it on the EA Access, and when I bought it, it didn't buy. It still deducted money from my account though. I tried it again after buying another item I wanted that worked, but it still did not
    work and took money. Does anyone know how to fix it?

    xbox One - Change your settings to allow purchases.

    Having the exact same issue.... I tried to upgrade my digital version of Cod Ghosts and buy bf4 premium but it didnt let me.

    Xbox One Saying I don't have gold membership.

    My gold membership don't work. When I use the 14 day xbox gold it says I already have gold membership, so I'm confused it won't let me play bf4 or FIFA 14 multiplayer a on xbox one. I usually buy 1 month gold just don't know why it's happening to me. Keeps
    telling me I got gold but won't let me go on multiplayer a it keeps saying I need gold even when it's telling me I got gold I'm confused?????

    Same. I changed it to unrestricted with the parent account and still won't let me download bf4 premium.

    It's true. I was palying BF4 earlier, but now it won't let me log on. It says everything is fine, but obviously there's a problem.

    Hey there AyaYoussef1,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity when it comes to purchasing this game. I can totally understand any confusion felt during this experience. This is more than likely because the game itself has been delisted from the Microsoft/Xbox store.
    At the time, the all Telltale games are only available on disc. If you would like to play any of those games, you would have to get a hard copy.
