    i downloaded quantum conundrum with gold but in 1 level my game crashes and it wont let me continue it says it may be the disk but its a downloaded game

    same here i pass all the necessary requirements but most of the time it wont let me sign in and if it does i cant do anything .

    No issues for me. Are you getting an error message when you try to sign up?

    There aren't any past due balances on the account? Is the payment option on the account up to date and valid?

    If you have more specifics on what you're seeing when you try to sign up to share, that might help.

    Im having the same problems. Every time i sign in it pops up that status code and it wont let me go to friends on the Dashboard but if i hit the xbox buton then it will let me view them through that and it wont let me update games.
