Wont let me unmute

I have had issues with EA and Microsoft over the last two weeks. If I could switch to Sony, I would. This is genuinely sickening. Remove the mute function for the time being, GOD! Do SOMETHING! I even unfriended and refriended him, and I can't re-add him...

We need some recompense for this nonsense, Microsoft. This is disgusting. At the very least, put out a solid title on gold next month. Not some pee-poor indie game that no one wants to play, unless it's Inside or Transistor...

And, please, please, please, let this be the kick in the pants you buttholes need to slow third-party voice applications on Xbox. Please! Let Teamspeak, discord, or ventrilo operate on Xbox. Poop...

Same issue here, could hear one guy fine but I could not unmute the other, went to his profile and unmuted him only to have him muted when I went back to his profile.

Honestly for what we pay for Live per year, basic stuff like this is very irritating. Hopefully theres a solution and thank you to support for working on a resolution.

Same here since this weekend. My friend cannot unmute me. Nat is open on both sides and he can unmute and hear me with another account on the same device. Very frustrating. Lost several hours of game play on a weekend because of this.

Exactly the same issue. Me and my other half have each other mutes most of the time as we generally play in the same room so doing avoids too much feedback to down the mics to the party we're in. Why i tried to unmute it just doesnt work. Tried removing
friend, re adding. Rebooting. Power cycle. Block and unblock and nothing seems to work.

Yes I have the same problem. Please fix this!
