    Won't let me sign up to xbox rewards


    I got to rewards.xbox.com and I'm spammed by the "Xbox rewards is becoming microsoft rewards" and when I click sign in. It just keeps refreshing the page!!!

    Have been trying to play MS Jigsaw since August. But it won't let me sign in--and I can't get access to my puzzles. I have a lot of them. Can anyone help me, please?

    As stated in the notification on the website, since the Xbox Live Rewards program is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards in your region, it is no longer possible to join our program.

    That's strange indeed as if your network connection may possibly be blocking the websites.

    Try to use a different network connection/Internet Service Provider as part of our troubleshooting steps.

    You may try to access your account on your friend's home network on Xbox.com and account.xbox.com.
