    It won't let me sign up as an ambassador, I keep getting this

    "! - Looks like there was a problem with your request.

    Won't let me access Ambassabank!

    I've been an ambassador for many months, and all of a sudden it think's i'm not an Ambassador. Even though under apply it says i'm one. Won't let me access ambassabank, and won't let me sign up for enforcement team. Please help!

    Have been trying to play MS Jigsaw since August. But it won't let me sign in--and I can't get access to my puzzles. I have a lot of them. Can anyone help me, please?

    Can not sign up for Ambassadors/Enforcers due to being told I am not Xbox Live Gold, when I do.

    I went on to the Ambassadors site and it now says I am signed up but when I try to access the Ambassabank It won't let me because I'm not an Ambassador.

    That symbol is from like a year ago when I was first an ambassador.

    That's strange indeed as if your network connection may possibly be blocking the websites.

    Try to use a different network connection/Internet Service Provider as part of our troubleshooting steps.

    You may try to access your account on your friend's home network on Xbox.com and account.xbox.com.

    I tried with a separate microsoft account and it failed to work on the xbox site as well. I tried with both on the microsoft site and they worked fine, but I can't seem to sign in on the xbox one without it reloading and refraining from signing me in.
