    Won't let me sign into Xbox live.


    Hello, I've lately been wanting to get back into playing xbox. And yesterday I got all setup. Done All the updates, bought xbox live but now it won't let me sign in. I've probably waited 30+ minutes maybe even an hour but it won't let me sign in. Please
    help me figure this out, thanks for taking the time to read this.

    Won't let me sign into Xbox live.

    As of now there is a service alert going one. Xbox live support informs:

    Affected platforms: Xbox One Xbox 360

    Affected services: Joining other Xbox Live members in online games

    Hi Xbox members. Are you having trouble connecting to Party Chat on Diablo III on Xbox One and Xbox 360? Additionally, Xbox One users, are you experiencing server unavailability issues? Us too, but we’re working alongside our partner to get these issues
    fixed ASAP! We’ll keep you posted when we have more information on this issue. In the meantime, thanks for staying patient.

    I just had this same problem, I deleted my profile and added it back to my xbox, and it seems to be working now.. fingers crossed.

    Hello Lord Rahl403!

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    Now that you've made the changes / adjustments that they're asking for,

    Go ahead and perform a
    hard reset and power cycle     of your console. Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then
    re-connect and turn on the Xbox.

    Thanks for responding with the update. Next I would suggest deleting your profile from the Xbox console and redownloading it back on.

    What type of Xbox are you currently using / experiencing the issue on?

    Let us know!

    Also, I would recommend going online and signing into your Microsoft account at account.live.com.

    Once you sign in, let us know if you need to update your security options.
