won't let me sign in

I have xbox live for my son's account on our xbox 360. recently, even though it isn't new, he got a message saying a parent needed to sign in and accept the security agreement in order to use xbox live. However, when I try to do so, it keeps saying my password
isn't correct. I've tried enough times to know I am entering it correctly, including caps, etc. I know it is correct, because I can sign on to my account with it. What gives? And how do I get him back on xbox live???

Won't let me sign in

Have been trying to play MS Jigsaw since August. But it won't let me sign in--and I can't get access to my puzzles. I have a lot of them. Can anyone help me, please?

I've heard that signing in to the website here works. Can you sign in with his gamertag to see if it forces an acceptance of the terms?

That's strange indeed as if your network connection may possibly be blocking the websites.

Try to use a different network connection/Internet Service Provider as part of our troubleshooting steps.

You may try to access your account on your friend's home network on Xbox.com and account.xbox.com.

Yes, that is accurate. It seems I am able to log on to my console.

I tried with a separate microsoft account and it failed to work on the xbox site as well. I tried with both on the microsoft site and they worked fine, but I can't seem to sign in on the xbox one without it reloading and refraining from signing me in.

For us to further isolate the case, try to sign in to a different Microsoft account to see if it works on account.microsoft.com, Xbox app, or account.xbox.com.

Also, use a different internet network connection if it still doesn't work.

I recognize that this is for console, but I am simply trying to log into the xbox website. Any support website for microsoft or xbox will let me in, but whenever I switch to the homepage for gaming it will not allow it. Is there any possible solution for this instead?
