Try running the Windows Update troubleshooter , see if any problems are fixed, and if so reboot your computer and then try signing in again.

The accounts are linked to the consoles. I think you need to de link the account on the MS accounts, devices section to release your profile.

It sounds like you are experiencing network connection problems.

You may benefit from restarting your router.

To do this: 1) Unplug your router from its power source for 60 seconds 2) Plug the router back in and wait for all of the lights to reappear 3) Restart your console; then reconnect to your network

Second, I think you can try to power cycle it then try to log in without the internet connection cause I think the console is stuck somewhere in the online login moment

Sorry to hear that your having issues signing in on your Xbox. Have you tried a power cycle on your console? You can do that by following these steps

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.
   
2. Turn your console back on by pressing the
   Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.
   

If you don't see the green boot-up animation when the console restarts, repeat these steps. Make sure that you hold the power button until the console completely shuts down.

Important If your console is in instant-on power mode, the above steps will shut the console off completely. Instant-on mode, or the ability to turn on your
console by saying "Xbox on," won't be enabled until you restart the console.
