Wont let me sign in to my xbox account

it wont let me download it to my xbox i tried and i tried but it lets me sign into other accounts like xbox.com

Do a hard reset, you might be able to sign in. After a hard reset I could, but still can't access any online stuff. F me in the A Microsoft.

No amount of money can fix entropy. The servers are having issues, we have no idea why. Presumably it's more complicated and I'm sure someone is very unhappy to be up at 12 AM trying to fix it.

The same thing is happening with me. I have not been able to sign in since this started. Seems that this is happening a lot with Xbox One. How can this much money be invested in this franchise and they cannot even keep the servers running? With Microsoft
