Wont let me sign in need help

I go to log in type my password in and everything then it tells me that im already here and that another user on this device uses that account but im the only one on the xbox didnt do this untill i got the new dashboard does anyone have an idea of what to
do?

Wont let me sign in! Help.

So, I just reset my pw and now I tried to sign in to my Microsoft account after resetting (from my Xbox) it and it wont let me sign in! What happens is that I go to the sign in screen and try to sign in, but when I click sign in, it prevents me from entering
my pw. It starts to show up, but it doesn't and just takes me back to the "Choose your account" where your accounts are. Please help!

Try running the Windows Update troubleshooter , see if any problems are fixed, and if so reboot your computer and then try signing in again.

The accounts are linked to the consoles. I think you need to de link the account on the MS accounts, devices section to release your profile.
