won't let me set up a time zone

Yes it has updated. My first problem started right on the setup where it asks your time zone then goes to sign in to your Microsoft account. It would get stuck on sign in from home page. Well I got passed that screen by using smart glass for xbox one. Now
on dash and won't let me go into setting won't let me sign in online or not.

Hi, thanks for the reply. It wasn’t a time zone problem as the zone is set as the normal for me (EST). The actual time is showing up as usual for me too, but it is just notifications that are behind 3 hours for some reason.

When you originally set up your xbox did you set your time zone correctly. I would check that. The time zone tells xbox where you are located and should adjust everything necessary for that time zone. Purchases and all.

I know you mentioned the language etc being adjusted after the reset. Have you looked into the console time and location? You may be set on the incorrect time zone and this can cause some issues. Try going to Settings > System > Time. You are able to adjust
the time zone here. Let me know if this works!

There are a whole lot of people complaining on the Waypoint forums. Im at level 42, and it won't let me get xp at the moment.

I still just need to know if changing my time zone to get around the cap is alright.
