Won't let me select my state when entering payment info?

I'm trying to add a credit card as a payment option to buy the Fallout 4 Season Pass and everything's fine except for the part where, when I press 'A' on 'New South Wales' (my state), when it asks for the State I'm in, nothing happens. I can enter in any
of the other states but NSW won't work. I tried using the option to type in the details through my phone but somehow the same issue occurred. Help

Account suspended because payment won't process

My account is suspended because of non payment. Problem is, it won't let me use any form of payment. It won't let me update it on the dashboard or the online site. Al I get is rerror meassages. I can't remove or even select a payment method. And I know
my card is good.

My only payment method is PayPal and it is already selected as my payment option. The error code appears before I even purchase the deal. It comes up when I select the deal. It is a real pain as I want to take advantage of the offer but can't because it
won't let me select the deal let alone pay for it.

I got into my payment settings at Microsoft.com (which wasn't working earlier either) so I got it working through that. Still an issue that probably should be fixed but if anyone else runs into the issue, there's a workaround.

I had this happen to me also. I just removed all the payment methods on my account and selected the dashboard promo again then entered my credit card info when i was prompted to and it worked like a charm

Please, make sure the payment option is set.

Sign in to your Microsoft account:

https://account.microsoft.com/

Go to Payment & billing and select Payment options.

Under Payment methods, you can Add a new payment method, View, edit or Remove them.

Enter your updated info, and select Save.

Thanks for the suggestions, it's much appreciated. However I'm still stuck :mad:

The site won't let me check my payment details, stating a technical problem. But my 12 month live renewal payment was taken on Jan 20th without an issue.
