Won't let me renew my membership on dashboard or on website

i'm trying to renew my membership on the xbox website and on the xbox dashboard and it either says can't retrieve payment options (on the xbox 360) or there is a glitch on the site (on the website). i've already removed my payment options and then re-added
my payment options to my account. Please help.

Y won't it let me renew my gold membership

 

48 Hour Free Trial Error

I just used a 48 hour free Gold membership on the Xbox Live website, but it did't transfer over to my 360. The code reads as used and won't let me re-enter it from my actual Xbox dashboard. Is this fixable?

 

I would suggest trying to add the payment on the site linked below, if that doesn't work contact Xbox Support by phone.

i check the link, its on there but it still is not working for me, i'm currently looking at the screen on my xbox to purchase a 1 month membership and its says "can't retrieve your renewal info at this time." is it due to my membership is still active for
a few days?

 

You would be best off speaking to Phone Support:

support.xbox.com/contact-us

They can have a look at your account and provide you with better assistance for billing issues.
