Wont let me renew my account

You are currently showing as a Gold membership holder. Perhaps you have maxed out the amount of Gold that the account can hold at one time. The maximum amount is 36 months total. You can check commerce.microsoft.com to see when your membership expires

Attempting to use a prepaid xbox live gold 12 months card to renew my subscription but it wont let me. What options do I have?

My account let me use the prepaid card.

My account is showing that I do not have a gold membership but it was renewed with a 12 month membership only about 3 months ago. I was online today but suddenly wont let me on. Any ideas?
