Won't let me renew - FRUSTRATED!!!!!

BIG surprise that no version of the code is recognized by the search. My subscription ends on the 19th and I have to say that this is so fricken annoying that if I can't get this resolved in time I'll just let my account expire and get a different game
platform. I don't need this headache.

Are you trying to renew your subscription with a credit card or Pre Paid Code ? And the gold your currently on that is due to end on the 19th was it purchased with a Credit card or Pre Paid Code ?

 

I think I got my answer, though it doesn't make sense to me.

I've been told that my account doesn't have auto renewal selected so I have to wait for my membership to expire. Then I can re-purchase another subscription.

What doesn't make any sense is why the option to auto renew isn't available during the life of the subscription.

Anyway, I know what the problem is now. Thank you for your time.

I just wan't to renew my subscription, it wont let me on the console no error reported!!!! I big company like this and they have these stupid issue??!!!! Then I try on the web site, gives me an error that the help desk does NOT recognize, of course!
The I try to change to auto renew and I get the error above??? Its like I am work with some company the just started who doesn't know what there doing!!! why would you want to frustrate and *** off your customers like this... this is ridiculous!

Hey, guys! As you can see from the verified post, you will need to wait until your current subscription ends and then start a new subscription. You will be able to turn on auto renew after that. This thread is a little old. If you need further assistance
