Wont let me remove payment option!! Help

Ive been having lots of trouble signing in. Someone got into my account and added a fake credit cars. It says I cant login because I need to remove or update the credit card. It gave me a eroor when I did it on xbox. Then I went on xbox.com and it gave
me another error, I need help I can't loose this account.

I would suggest contacting support via phone and getting in touch with a support agent who can help with account issues like this.

 

At this point it sounds like you should get in touch with Phone Support, specifically Billing.

They should be able to assist you here.

I'm having the same problem but my cousin owns the credit card. I cant take it off and it's blocking all access to live: I cant access my friends, send or receive messages. MICROSOFT FIX THIS!!!
