Discus and support won't let me redeem code. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i've spent £40 on a years subscription, and it's not letting me redeem it because there's some billing problems?     won't let me redeem code.

    You'll have to phone support for billing issues. If you have an outstanding balance due you won't be able to redeem any type of cards.

    Go to your account options on xbox.com

    most likely you need to update your address info, credit/debit card info, or anything of that sort.

    If you do have a credit/debit card linked to your account, the error could be fixed by checking the expiration date and/or the 3 digit security code on the back of the card.
