Won't let me press the deposit button on Xbox rewards

I'm just trying to get my credits but when go to the website it's a green bar but when I press it nothing happens

Can't deposit rewards points, despite correct billing info

Rewards won't let me deposit any credits into my account, wants me to verify my billing info. Yet the info is correct.

hi i have completed the pre order punch care mission and its says i have got my 15,000 rewards but it wont let me deposit them and the button for deposit is not showing can someone help please .

Does it actually say "Request Deposit" on the button or is it just a plain green bar? The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing
to have 5,000 pending first. If you have 5,000+, they are automatically scheduled to be deposited so there is no need to request one.

Hello XtU Gritz,

We schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since you are above this amount, you have been scheduled automatically for a deposit, and therefore do not need to request a deposit manually, so the button has been removed.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit events happened on the 28th of March, they will be in the mid-April deposit.

Your account points, are they Xbox Rewards credits (rewards.xbox.com), or are the Microsoft Rewards (formerly called Bing Rewards) points?

For Xbox Rewards credits have you requested a deposit already on rewards.xbox.com? Keep in mind deposits are done by the 15th and 30th of the month. If you requested a deposit, did it give you a specific date?

If they are Microsoft Reward points (Bing rewards) Microsoft.com/rewards, you have to redeem them for one of the options though that site.

They are two separate programs with two different redemption options. Microsoft Rewards won't show on Xbox Rewards same as Xbox Rewards credits won't show in your Microsoft Rewards page.
