Won’t let me play

Oh ok mines just not loading

I figured mine out, it was the fact I preordered it and didn’t know they charged a few days before the game actually comes out and I had got a new card so it got declined

Im having the same problem it says i have it on Xbox but says on the game i need to install it also when i click campaign or multiplayer it takes ages to load and or doesnt i have all the packs installed so i know I actually own the game but it

Usually if it is saying that then you need to fix your home xbox settings to whatever profile bought the game.

Sign into the profile that owns said game > go to xbox settings > general > personalization > then click "my home xbox" with whatever profile bought the game.

What game are you trying to play online and are you seeing any errors when you try to play?

Let's also make sure that your
account info and console info matches the country you are actually located in. If this got altered in any way it could prevent you from playing online.
