    Won't let me play Gears of War 3


    I'm signed into Xbox live on my Xbox one. I go to play gears of war 3 and once the Xbox 360 screen loads it says I have been disconnected from Xbox live even tho I'm still online. I can't play multiplayer. I can't figure out why it's saying I'm disconnected
    from Xbox live while I'm still online. This just happens on backwards compatible games. Need help please.

    Gears 3 season pass yet still got charged in marketplace!

    I've had the Gears of War 3 season pass since Halloween, and it won't let me download the DLC either.

    I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I've also removed my gamer profile from the console and re downloaded it also.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! I went ahead and moved your post over to the appropriate forum for visibility. Just to clarify, are you experiencing the issue with any other backward compatible games? If you haven't already, I suggest trying a few steps
    to see if we can get this issue sorted:

    • From the Home screen on your Xbox One console, scroll to the left.
    • Scroll down to Settings and then select All Settings.
    • Select Storage and then select Clear Local Xbox 360 Storage.
    • Select Yes and after your console restarts, try launching Gears of War 3.
