    Won't let me play Citadel


    I got it while it was on sale. Went and loaded up my game. When I try to access the map it says I have part 2 downloaded but I need part 1. When I go to my Xbox it says I have both download. Wtf do I do?

    Won't let me play games

    I try and sign in and it prompts me to send feedback. I hit cancel and it goes back to home but doesn't let me log in. I hit send feedback and it wants me to install and app to send feedback but won't load the page. Super frustrating!

    Same thing happened to me so I deleted both (just in case) and re-downloaded the whole package.... it worked.

    Same thing happened to me so I deleted both (just in case) and re-downloaded the whole package.... it worked.

    Hey there Hammer!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you haven't yet, start by
    power cycling     your console. This can often cause a lot of quirks that may pop up to go away. The next thing you'll want to check is to make sure that your console is fully updated. You can check by going to
    Settings then scrolling down to System and over to
    Updates. If your console has an update pending, you'll want to go ahead and download and install it.

    If it's totally updated, I would recommend going over to Console info and

    factory resetting     the console. You can keep any games and apps when you do this so start with that.

    Hopefully one of those does the trick but if not, post back and let us know when you're running into this issue in particular. Good luck!

    Not letting me download the ME3 Citadel DLC

    Two things one it is a U.S. xbox and I am in the U.S. and two I can download anything else like the newest DLC for AC3 the Betrayel, the only DLC that gives me a problem is the citadel DLC. Before anyone suggests it I do have the required points to buy it.

    What region you from. If you trying to download from the wrong region it will not work. So if your a us account but your in the uk it will not download.
