Won't let me pay for game pass ultimate anymore

I don't know why but but my xbox game pass ultimate subscription has just been cancelled randomly even though I have enough money to pay for it and whenever I try to pay with a different card I just get the message 'oops don't know what happened there try again later'. It's been a few days now but it still isn't working. Any help. Thanks
