    Won't let me open games and apps or the Xbox store


    For the past couple years my Xbox One has ran perfectly fine but a couple weeks ago it took like 5 minutes for it to turn on and load everything then I went to go watch Netflix and the Netflix app took forever to load. Sometimes the home screen or app and
    games won't even load and an error message will come up and say "it took to long to load" then the screen goes black. Recently I have been trying to fix the problem by uninstalling my profile and turning auto start off but nothing has helped. Also I can not
    get into "My games & apps" or the Xbox one store. Every time I try it says "Something went wrong. To complete your installation, first cancel it. Then try installing it again. For detailed instructions select help." Then when I click help it does the same
    thing.

    Xbox isn't working

    My Xbox Nat type says unavailable and it won't let me open up any apps or games. Also my regular home screen seems to be glitches because no games or apps pop up I don't know what to do or what's wrong

    Thanks, I tried an in game purchase and it broke the cycle for some odd reason. But just starting up my Xbox or going from game or app to store it wouldn't open the content or let me buy anything.

    Multiple problems with xbox services

    Hello,

    Some questions and clarifications needed and some steps to try so we can make sure that we pass on the correct guidance.

    • Are Game Bar, The Microsoft Store App, and your PC as a whole all updated (as well as any additional Xbox Apps like the accessories app)?
    • Is this a newly rising issue (the app worked prior) or is this your first download of the App?
    • I noticed in your services you have no Xbox services running when the app is opened. Could you open game bar and see if these services begin to run:
      • Xbox Accessory Management (if you have the accessories App downloaded)
      • Xbox Live auth Manager
      • Xbox Live Game Save
      • Xbox Live Networking Service
    • Can you open the Microsoft Store App and go to the page with the Xbox App and let me know in the Additional Information section, let me know what the installed version is.
