    Xbox won't stream from apps

    My xbox wont let me watch anything from any apps apart from netflix. I try to use the bbc, itv and other similar apps but wont load any of the shows?

    Please help!!

    AOE online launcher wont work, it opens, but wont let me press "play"

    Try resetting your consoles or do a full shut down. Then everything should be refreshed

    Hello!

    The two things to try are doing a hard reset (press and hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds, then power it back on). If it's still not working, unplug the system for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and try. That should clear it up.

    Hello AnthonyCansibog if any of the above don't work you can try a soft
    factory reset     when prompted make sure to select Keep games and apps.

    My nat is open at all times and my windows is up to date as well. But no i don't get any errors for the app ether, it loads up fine and run's fine but it wont let me hear or talk with anyone in a party.
