    Won't let me on black ops 1 online


    I have an Xbox One and my membership just expired so I went out and bought a 1-month Xbox Gold Live card and this has happened before where after I put it in I am able to play Xbox One games online immediately and I was not able to play Xbox 360 games right
    away so I turned around and waited and then tried Gears of War 3 which is an Xbox 360 game and that work online butEvery time I try Black Ops 1 it just keep saying the current profile is not allowed on Xbox Live and there are no error codes no nothing

    Black ops 1 backwards compatibility problems

    My Xbox one won't let me download the game from my disc and it wont let me see black ops 1 in the game store. Any help?

    Don't worry we will work on this together. Let's try to troubleshoot.

    Don't worry we will fix this together. Please make sure you can sign in all your profiles. Let's try to restore the console back to factory defaults but we will select keep my games and apps so it won't remove your games and progress.

    Please follow the steps here:

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Select Settings

    - Select System

    - Select Console info & updates

    - Select Reset console

    - Select Keep Games and Apps

    After this, you will have to sign in again with your email and password. Then please check if there's any changes. Thanks!

    Sorry to inform you but that is a coincidence,

    the only thing that does is remove the DNS cache ( Domain Name Server ) Registration information for the actual computer your on nothing more. The other command registerdns will reregister the DNS.
