Won't let me log into xbox live

every time I try and connect to xbox live a screen pops up that is titled "add security" it says

" we need the email address and password for your Microsoft account so we can check and update the security of your xbox profile."

I type in my email and password but it says

" the email and password didn't work. Try again, or use your app password if you set uo two-step verification."

the next time I tried logging in I used the app password and it worked.

I picked witch account I wanted and it downloaded the profile.

After the profile downloaded in logged into my account and then tried logging into xbox live again.

My my email and password didn't work. I tried the app password and that didn't work either.

The thing that I don't get is that I can log into into the Microsoft and xbox website with my email and password but I can't on my xbox.

Its not not my wifi connection either cause I can log into other accounts on xbox live and everything is fine. It doesn't even ask me to type in an email or password.

Can someone please help me. PLEASE!

Logs out of xbox live when i try to play a game!!

I can log in to xbox live but when I try to play a game it logs me out of live. It won't let me log into xbox live again unless I come out of the game. Can anyone help???

 

My 4GB console says it's "unformatted"

Same thing happened to mine I got an error code 80150003 and it won't let me log into xbox live

Sorry to hear about the connection issue! If you have not already, turn two-step verification off at
account.live.com. Visit that page and then select 'Change password & more' under the 'Security & Privacy' group. Within that page you can disable two-step verification. After that try logging into your profile
and let us know if that helps!
