Wont let me join or host online games

ok hi so i have an Xbox One S and at first it was fine and i could play just fine but all of a sudden it stopped letting me join online i thought it was my NAT type but its saying open nothing seems to be wrong connection wise but when i try it says my account
settings wont let me even though everything is on unrestricted there is no error code coming up so does anyone else have this issue and how can i fix this

Also, can you be appearing online The game wont let me invite for appearing offline or you could join session in progress.

If you are participating in the Preview Program the latest build for the Xbox One has been causing some occasional Network issues for some people. This will hopefully be fixed in the next update.

If your not part of the preview program you should also take into account that it may be the Game's Servers that is experiencing difficulties or Xbox services themselves may be down
