Wont let me join Horizon Life...

For some reson it wont let me join my friends party and it wont let me join any game we play

Reinstalling xbox app allowed me to log in to horizon life, but after 30 seconds or so I was diconnected and could not join again. Similar thing: Reseted my router, connected internet to my computer via cable was able to join horizon life , wanted to check
if it would work through wifi. It did, but only for a short while and then the same story again.

Can anyone tell me how to fix the prison life thing it wont let me play it it says unable to join code...103

The system will only base on the birthdate you provided during the creation of the account. It seems that you are using a child account. So what you will need to do first is to create a parent account on https://account.live.com, make sure it is a parent account and the birth date should be above 21 years old then login to the Microsoft account on Xbox.com to create a profile.

After doing the steps above, sign in to the parent account using this link, https://account.xbox.com/settings

Select your child account there so that we can modify the privacy settings of it then under the tab Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety.

Be sure the options You can create and join clubs and You can join multiplayer games are allowed.
