Won't Let Me Install Programs

Discus and support Won't Let Me Install Programs in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can't install my new game let alone get free programs from the store. I'm stuck on "pending".     I can't install my new game let alone get free programs from the store. I'm stuck on "pending". How do I get out of this? It's annoying!

    Hey there -

    Are you trying to install Battlefield 3 from disc 2 or disc 1? The game should be installed to your console via disc 1 so if you've been trying disc 2, please try the other disc.

    If that doesn't work, let us know and we'll see what else we can come up with. Also, we're happy to help you here but if you ever have issues with backward compatible games in the future, please use the

    backward compatible games     section of the forums. Won't Let Me Install Programs :)

    If stuff is acting weird, you could try a power cycle (also called a "hard reset"). See if that helps!
