Won't let me get xbox live.

Does it show any message when you try to create a new account on that console?

Depending on what it will show we might be able to determine the cause

Could you please share any error that you get when you try to purchase Xbox Live. Also, make sure you do not have any past payments due on your account by going to https://account.microsoft.com

Have you tried redeeming your trial code on Xbox.com by any chance? If not, try that first. If you continue to have issues, I recommend reaching out to our

We'd be happy to help troubleshoot, but we'd need a bit more information. Where are you trying to purchase Xbox Live? First place to check would be your
Microsoft Account
page under Services & Subscriptions. The account page will list if there are any issues and the subscription page will give you the status of the subscription, and you can attempt to manage it from there.
