Hi im having the same problem, and my error code is 80151011. why cant i download my profile? thanks

You could Use a USB flash drive to move your profile.

Move your profile to another console

If you don’t want to download your profile to another console using the above steps, you can move your profile to another console using a USB flash drive or Xbox 360 Memory Unit. Here’s how:

Plug a USB flash drive or an Xbox 360 Memory Unit (original Xbox 360 console only) into your console.

Go to Settings and then select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles, and then select your gamer profile.

Select Move.

Select the USB Storage Device or Memory Unit that you want to move your profile to.

Remove the USB flash drive or memory unit from your console and take it to another console.

When you use the profile for the first time on a console, you will be prompted to enter your Windows Live ID password to sign in.

Important When you move your profile to another console, you’ll be prompted for your Windows Live ID password. This password requirement is to protect the security of your account if your storage device is lost or stolen. For information on how to protect
your profile, see Password protect your Xbox LIVE profile.

If the profile is under 18 you won't be able to download mature demos.

An alternative is to create a secondary free live account over the age of 18 and use that for mature demos.
